The Big Cartel shipping calculator is something of a blunt instrument, and may result in being over or undercharged for shipping on your order. In the event we have overcharged, a partial refund will be issued via PayPal for the difference. In the case of undercharging, we will notify you via email and hold off shipping the order until the difference is received.
